Young Dr. Benjamin Stone is on his way to L.A. where his dream profession as a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills waits for him. Attempting to avoid a traffic jam he winds up off the beaten path in the little town of Grady, where he winds up wrecking his car. To make things worse, it was into the town judge’s fence that he wrecked. Ben’s sentence is 32 hours of community service at the town hospital. Serving his time, he begins to love the work, and discovers himself falling in love.

The Manchurian Candidate – A modern day rendering of the 1962 film. Decorated war hero Raymond Shaw is now positioned to become the Vice President of the US. His Mother, Senator Eleanor Shaw is pulling all the political strings. A dilemma is developing for her plans. Major Bennett Marco, a member of Raymond’s platoon is starting to doubt the events of the day Raymond saved the platoon. Marco is battling an uphill battle, but can’t resist the distressing feeling that something is not right.

Metropolitan – Conventional comedy, packed with sarcasm, is set throughout Christmas season, with hermit Clements drawn into small gang of buddies, and out of his shell. Zoolander – Male model Derek Zoolander is hired to help stop a group of assassins who are posing as male models. He must somehow penetrate this private group. Making things even more troubling is Hansel, a new, up and coming model, who keeps screwing things up for Zoolander.

Deliverance – This is an exceptional re-creation of the Dickey novel of 4 Atlanta businessmen who get more than they can handle throughout a weekend canoe trip. McKinney and Coward are two of the most gruesome film scoundrels in history. The “Dueling Banjos” scene is very memorable. Film debuts of Beatty and Cox. James Dickey modified his own novel, and appears in the film as a sheriff. Ed O’Neill appears as a freeway watcher near end of film. Cast includes Cast includes Jon Voight, Burt Reynolds, Ned Beatty, Ronny Cox, Billy McKinney, Herbert “Cowboy” Coward, and James Dickey.
